By the end of this mentorship, mentees will be able to:
Describe key fascial mechanisms involved in chronic pain and pain sensitization
Recognize common myofascial, physiological, and reactionary responses in real time while co-treating clients with persistent pain
Understand how stress and trauma exposure may influence pain perception and tissue reactivity
Apply a fascia-informed assessment approach during live client sessions, with direct feedback from your mentor
Modify pressure, timing, positioning, and session structure in the moment, guided by real-time coaching
Carry mentorship insights into independent clinical practice through individualized case discussion and ongoing feedback
Mentorship Structure
This program is built around direct, hands-on learning.
Begins with 1 hour of dedicated educational instruction (in-person or virtual) to build foundational knowledge before hands-on skill application begins
A minimum of 6 live co-treatment sessions alongside Justin, working with real clients presenting with chronic pain
Real-time application of fascia-informed assessment strategies, refined through in-session guidance
Individualized feedback after each co-treatment, tailored to your specific technique, case questions, and skill level
On-site access to learning manuals throughout the mentorship
Guidance on clinical decision-making: adapting pressure, positioning, and session progression to the client in front of you
Support in communicating with chronic pain clients to build safety, trust, and informed consent

This course is taught by Justin Krull, MScPT, BPHE (Hons), a Registered Physiotherapist & Expert Myofascial Release Therapist with extensive clinical experience working with individuals experiencing chronic pain.
